Phyllis H. Leseth, age 95, of Decorah, IA, died Wednesday, March, 27, 2013 at Barthell O.E.S. Home in Decorah.
Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Decorah Lutheran Church with Rev. David Sorensen and Rev. Bryan Robertson officiating. Inurnment will be in Lutheran Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 13, one hour before the service, at Decorah Lutheran Church.
Phyllis is survived by two daughters: Camille (Bruce) Forde and Adrienne (Paul) Coffeen both of Decorah; three grandchildren: Christopher Forde of Robinson, IL, Elli Marlow (Guney) of Des Moines, IA and Alex Marlow of Cleveland, OH; and one sister, Georgann Johnson of Los Angeles, CA.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Vesterheim Norwegian-American Museum, P.O. Box 379, 502 West Water Street, Decorah, IA 52101 or Decorah Public Library, 202 Winnebago Street, Decorah, IA 52101.
